Orders and prices
Mac EU accepts payment by any of the credit cards, credit cards displayed on the website at the time of purchase, and PayPal. For more information, see Payment Security.
All prices are given in EUR. Orders intended for delivery to an address based in Germany include VAT. Orders for delivery to other EU countries include the VAT applicable in the relevant country. Orders for delivery to EFTA countries are exempt from VAT, but import duties may apply. Orders are subject to delivery charges unless otherwise stated. See Delivery section for further details. These fees will be added to the shopping cart when you confirm your billing and shipping address, payment details and before completing the payment process.
The description and stated price of the goods are as displayed on the website at the time of ordering. Every effort is made to ensure that prices displayed on the Website are correct at the time of purchase. Prices and descriptions on the website are subject to change without notice.
If an error or discrepancy is discovered before the goods are dispatched, Mac EU will inform you as soon as possible to offer the option of either confirming the order at the correct price or canceling the order.
If you order online, confirmation will be sent to Mac EU by email. If you provided an email address, you will receive an email confirmation to confirm that Mac EU has received the order. If you have not provided an email address or have not received the confirmation email, please call Mac EU on 01902 255500.

All goods are subject to availability. If the goods are no longer in stock after receipt of an order, Mac EU will contact you as soon as possible. You are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund, regardless of the payment method originally made. Alternatively, Mac EU can offer you a suitable alternative or provide an estimated date on which the goods will be available.
Mac EU is under no obligation to accept any order and reserves the right to cancel any order placed on the Website at any time and without notice.
Delivery
All delivery times stated on the website are estimates based on current inventory. If a single order includes multiple items, Mac EU will endeavor to deliver all items together. Should it be necessary to deliver goods from the same order separately, the original individual delivery charge will still apply.
Goods ordered will be delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your orders, unless you have made a new agreement with Mac EU before the goods are dispatched.
The goods are usually delivered via a courier service and require a signature. If no one is available at the delivery address to accept delivery, you will be informed of an alternative delivery date or location from where you can collect the goods. Mac EU cannot accept responsibility for goods returned to the courier's depot and not collected.

Rückgaberecht & Widerruf
Nach dem Verbraucherrecht 2015 haben Sie Anspruch auf eine Reparatur, eine Ersatzlieferung oder eine vollständige Rückerstattung von der Mac EU, wenn die gelieferte Ware als fehlerhaft oder "nicht wie beschrieben" vorliegt.
Bei defekten, beschädigten oder falsch gelieferten Waren wenden Sie sich bitte zunächst an Mac EU unter der Telefonnummer: +44 (0) 1902 255500.
Im Falle, dass Waren, die fehlerhaft sind oder nicht der Beschreibung entsprechen, zurückgegeben werden müssen, werden die Rücksendekosten von Mac EU übernommen. Wenn Sie für den Rückversand bezahlen, wird Mac EU diese Kosten nach Einreichung einer Kopie der Rechnung/Quittung der Rücksendung erstatten. Bitte senden Sie die Ware immer versichert zurück. Mac EU übernimmt keine Haftung für Schäden, die bei der Rücksendung entstehen oder bei Verlust der Ware.
Die Verbraucherverträge (Informations-, Storno-und Zusatzgebühren) 2013 gelten für alle Transaktionen, die über diese Webseite, durchgeführt werden.
Sie haben das Recht, die Bestellung innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt zu widerrufen. Für Waren, die innerhalb dieser Zeit zurückgegeben werden, wird Mac EU innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der zurückgesandten Ware eine volle Rückerstattung gewähren.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie für die Kosten der Rücksendung verantwortlich sind und wir darum bitten, dass die Ware in der Originalverpackung und unbeschädigt zurückgeschickt wird.

Our shop is hosted on the Big Commerce platform. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
MAC EU uses Opayo & PayPal as payment gateways to complete your purchase. Your credit card information is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The data from your purchase transaction will only be stored for as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Your purchase transaction data will then be deleted.
